• Only one registration per group/business/agency - (There are limited spaces, please be mindful and fair to others. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if you don't abide by our guidelines) *
• All registrations & payment are ONLINE Only. We will not accept manual registrations or payments.
• Registrations CLOSE 31st OCTOBER 2023, or until all spaces are filled. 
• Please make sure you register in the RIGHT CATEGORY. If you're a registered business regardless if you're Pacific, you have to pay commercial rates. 
• Please make sure you pick  the right size for your stall. **
  Due to limited spaces, the maximum size of any stall is 3x6. ***
• Power Users: Extension Cords & Multiplugs that you will use at the park will now have to be tested and tagged.
• Compulsory Stallholders Meeting is scheduled for: 15th February 2024, 6pm, He Waka Tapu Conference Room, 161 Pages Road, Aranui, Christchurch.

* Example: A Church group can only register ONE Stall. You can not have a separate stall for your youth group, womens fellowship, choir group etc. Unfortunately because of limited space we have to ensure a fair and diverse representation of our wider Pasfika community.
** If your marquee is larger than the site you paid for, and you refuse to make it right, you may have your stall revoked on the spot.
